​I am a senior planning engineer at " Hurghada International Project & MIVIDA EMAAR Project " . 

Client : Egyptian Airports Company - Consultant : Dar Al-Handasah - Contractor : Saudi Bin Laden Group .

- Preparing . developing and maintaining the Project Master Schedule.

- Making an essential coordination between all parties related to project during planning & scheduling phase .

- Studing and reviewing all technical drawings ( Archi. , Struc. , Mech. , Elec. , HVAC , Enviro. , etc... ) .

- Attending meetings in a weekly basis with all parties of the team work to discus the scenario

 ( planned sequence of work ) in order to make our targets achievable & attainable .

- Holding meetings in a weekly basis with the engineer to review comments and discuss remedies .

- Developing the Work Breakdown Structure ( W.B.S ) .

- Analysing project W . B . S & activities relationships accuratly to insure a strong and a realistic schedule .

- Determining the critical path of the project to enhance the best monitoring & controling methodology

 along project life cycle .

- Qualitative and quantitative risk assessment & identification before and after starting works .

- Assigning resources for all activities of the project according to its standard productivity rates .

- Incorporating cost & resources allocation into the schedule .

- Making method statement analysis & drawings to be accompanied with submitted schedule .

- Reporting cash flow diagrames & resources profiles in a weekly and monthly basis .

- Monitoring and supervising site works daily reports & evaluating work performance .

- Using K.P.I`s ( Key Performance Indicators ) to determine strong & weak points during construction works .

- Issuing all required reports ( Daily , Fortnightly and Monthly reports ) .

- Determining earned value , cost variance and time variance to take the best corrective actions .

- Preparing documentation and making delay analysis to consolidate ( E.O.T ) claims if it is needed .

- Developing and maintaining the Program / Project Master Schedule .
